Butter Basted

Serves: 4


  • 4 Farmland® Pork Top Loin Chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


  1. Coat chops with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high.
  3. Grill chops until internal temperature reaches 145oF, basting with melted butter. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
