Tuscan Flank Steak

Serves: 4


  •  1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon roasted garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 Farmland® Pork Ham Medallions


  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in shallow pan. Add steakettes, making sure to coat all sides with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat grill to high.
  3. Brush grates with olive oil. Grill steakettes until internal temperature reaches 145oF. Let stand
    3 minutes before serving.
