Whiskey Glaze

Serves: 4


  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 Farmland® Pork Medallions


  1. Combine all Ingredients except pork in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced and sauce is slightly thickened.
  2. Season steakettes with olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper.
  3. Heat grill to high.
  4. Brush grates with olive oil. Grill steakettes until internal temperature reaches 145oF., turning occasionally and brushing with whiskey glaze. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
