- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 4 Farmland® Pork Medallions
- Combine all Ingredients except pork in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Season steakettes with olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Heat grill to high.
- Brush grates with olive oil. Grill steakettes until internal temperature reaches 145oF., turning occasionally and brushing with whiskey glaze. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
