- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup rice flour
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. Farmland® Pork Boneless Sirloin, cut into 4 chops
- Combine all ingredients except pork in shallow pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
- Place wok on medium-high heat. Add 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil to wok.
- Add chops and cook until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145oF. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
